On development

Human relationships are difficult because people in a group will be on diffent stages of development. It's like having a classroom with elementary school kids and PhD Students and everyone in between. That's what life is. It's just that we don't ascribe levels outside of school. Maybe we should, and have it written on our forehead. Maybe it would motivate the underdevelopped to do better, and to warn us to not waste energy.
